Role of KAYO
The new agent Kayo is the initiator in the game, it can create an opening and execute the entrance point on the site both in defending or attacking sides.
Valorant’s Agent ‘KAYO’ Abilities
Fragment (C)
The fragment ability of the agent Kayo can be used by key ‘C’. The fragment is a granade that the player can through and after it hits the ground it will get exploded automatically giving damage to the players in its circular radius. This ability of agent Kayo is much similar to Kill Joy’s nano swarm.
Flash Drive (Q)
This is the ability to flash, the agent Kayo has two flashes (Q) charges. This ability can be used by equipping the agent with the keyboard key Q. The flashes can be triggered by the mouse’s left or right-click. The right-click will throw the flash farther and it explodes late, while the left click can throw the flash at a shorter distance but will flash faster.
Zero Point (E)
Zero Point is the signature ability of the agent Kayo. Equipped with key ‘E’, and can be thrown to a distance. When the blade hits the surface, after a few seconds it will explode suppressing the players in its range. This will also show which agent would get suppressed by the ability on the screen.
Suppression is a newly introduced mechanic in the Valorant game, which makes the player unable to use any ability and also the player cannot cancel any ability the player is active with. But the Zero Point ability can be destroyed by the opponent players like the Sova’s reveal. The ability will get recharged in every 40 seconds.
Null (X)
‘Ult ability’ Suppressing ability for the larger area around the player ‘Kayo’. This ability will also double the fire rate and during this instead of dying the Kayo (player) gets knocked down with 1000 health by the opponent, later it can be revived by the teammates. The knockdown time is 15 seconds, during this time the player (Kayo) cannot move but when the player got revived he came up with 1000 health.
