You can enable 90 fps on any android phone with over 6/8 GB of ram, 90 fps can also be enabled on phones with low RAM like 3 or 4 Gb. But the main fact here is the refresh rate of your phone’s display.

If your mobile phone display does not have a 90 Hz refresh rate then there are no advantages of enabling the 90 FPS graphic option on your device. You will get a max FPS of 60 Hz in this case.
