Here is the simple guide to fix chrome only opens as an administrator problem in Windows.

1. Open “This PC” or “My Computer”.
2. Then go to ‘local disk (C)>program files.
3. Now copy the Google folder there.
   
4. And paste it into ‘local disk (C)>program files (x86)’  folder. If it says replace then do it, and continue.
   
5. That’s it now you can open Google Chrome on your computer without an administrator’s permission.
